STP perform accurate and effective maintenance engineering services, based on the preparation of Master Equipment List, Safety Instruction Sheets, maintenance schedule and execution of tailored procedures.
Specific study like RAM (Reliability, Availability and Maintainability) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) are carried out during Plant operating phase.
The study is meant to evaluate for each piece of equipment the Risk Priority Number on the basis of severity, probability and detectability of equipment failures, so identifying the appropriate maintenance philosophy, e.g. predictive monitoring, preventive (time based) maintenance etc.
